The execution of Railway Electrification schemes demands the production of a considerable amount of Engineering drawings and data, timely scheduling of essential materials and working on the track without interruption to traffic. All these aspects present enormous problems and necessitates meticulous planning and in this important sphere the Traxun Towers India Pvt Ltd is playing a vital role as detailed below.
Design: Initial survey, preparation of design as per RDSO guidelines and close liason with project engineers to ensure and sort out any problem arises.
Supply of Materials: All the materials are estimated and processed from RDSO and CORE approved vendors duly inspected by RITES.
Erection: The execution / Erection of various equipment are programmed including casting foundations, erection of steel structures, Cantilever assemblies, stringing of Catenary & Contact wire, erection of circuit breakers. Auxiliary Transformers, Boosted Transformers, Potential Transformers, Current Transformers, Lightening Arrestors etc.
Testing of Equipment: All the Equipments are tested as per standards laid down and submitted to Electrical Inspector to Government of India for final energisation of Assets.
Operation and Maintenance: Complete operation and maintenance of all OHE Equipment including various timely maintained schedules, operation and maintenance of all power supply installation equipments such as Equipment in Sub sectioning and Paralleling Post, Sectioning Post, Traction Substation etc., |
